Someone introduced me to this trading platform before and I participated in activities to earn money. However, after completing the activities, they not only refused to let me withdraw, but also claimed that I couldn't withdraw because I took too long to complete the activities. They even required me to reach a certain rank to be able to withdraw. Furthermore, if I wanted to withdraw quickly, I had to pay 100,000 HKD to activate VIP status. Now, the customer service has repeatedly used system maintenance and upgrades as an excuse to not respond to my inquiries, making it impossible for me to withdraw.

My BTC disappeared. They didn't help at all. I had around $30,000 in BTC on the network. I got a new phone, did the phrase recovery, and no longer had access to my wallet. I talked to Bitget's customer service, who had no idea what to do. This was a month ago. I've sent them multiple data reports. Someone has my BTC, and it's definitely not me. What good is the wallet if your funds can just disappear? Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE. The agent I spoke with from "𝔸𝕪𝕣𝕝𝕡 " was very helpful. He addressed the issue at hand in a way that the previous agents at Bitget could not or would not do. He looked at the account and found the issue.

The laws have changed DO NOT USE ANYMORE. I tried to convert just under 18000£ into USDT and my the transaction failed but my funds are missing from my wallet. I contacted Aismex who replied very promptly but unfortunately said there is nothing they can do. I have learnt the hard way, get your funds out of their control. I received outstanding services from the staff, Adam, at 𝐀𝐲𝐫𝐥𝐩 during the approximately 2-3 months of hardship.

I've been trying unsuccessfull
I've been trying unsuccessfully to swap or move my tokens from this wallet and it keeps telling me that I need to deposit more tokens which are way more than what I hold. In effect, my tokens have been blocked by these people and it looks like a very clever way to steal user funds.It doesn't surprise me as I've heard some horror stories but I refused to believe them but now I know. 𝕒𝕪𝕣𝕝𝕡 decided in my favor after I provided loads of information showing I had done my due diligence and wasn't a muppet

This miserable exchange platform, I deposited $1000 into it for the first withdrawal, but then it refused to allow me to withdraw anymore. I traded coins and made a profit of $12,000, planning to transfer it to the investment side. However, the platform collapsed and disappeared. She said she is half Japanese - Australia and just wants to guide the victim into the Mint Exchange. The domain name of this web site may vary (bestm.net, qp60.net,.....). And till now i can’t think about any solution to get my money back & i even tried to report the singapore police force ! And unfortunately they asked me to release a report only if i have a singaporian passport ?! Really .. im tired of this and asking if there is anyone can help at the end im not thinking about adding money and trying the chance of unfreezing the account .. its obvious they are asking for more fraud services . Im a muslim and wont ever forgive them , will always pray for them to go to hell.. and as u can see u can trade and gain profits but its all in vain dear brothers

They are easy to deposite your money and when u withdraw they are a fraud platform BE CAREFUL GUYS DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR MONEY ON THIS … dont be me and regret and the app crashes like its a poor application , call centre are late and may not reply .. finally there is no head to report!
