VB网成立于2019年3月左右 短短两年多时间通过发行大量模式币和所谓的燃烧模式加上VB网交易量的数据造假利用所谓的百城巡演现场来忽悠欺骗很多粉丝纷纷把大量资金带入交易所 ，可没想到VB网创始人鱼骨头及团队融资大量资金后竟然禁止粉丝提币长达一年之久，他们怕这样下去不行，于是利用所谓的兑换矿机将低成本的fil矿机以高价格给投资人，这样他可以将交易所大量资金掏空走。
